Elizabeth Barbeau has been working as a management consultant, an educator, and a strategic change leader for over 35 years. A community-builder and advocate, Elizabeth has a talent for creating inspiring and inclusive atmospheres where teams thrive. Her commitment to social justice is fuelled by her enthusiasm and genuine enjoyment of her work with community-focused organizations.

Management Consultant
Elizabeth is passionate about setting high standards and ensuring accountability for vulnerable clients. Through Elizabeth Barbeau Consulting, she has worked with dozens of human service agencies in the public and private sectors to support best practices and achieve accreditation and licensing requirements. She has led several projects to create standards of practice.
Educator and Writer
Elizabeth is a dynamic educator who has created curriculum for face-to-face and online courses as well as conference workshops. She is a superb professional writer with the ability to research and produce written material tailored to her clients' needs.
Strategic Change Leader
A confident, enthusiastic leader, Elizabeth knows how to move things forward. She has worked in leadership roles in non-profit agencies and post-secondary institutions. Her current role is Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Community Programs at Langara College. Elizabeth is skilled in managing risk, working with donors, and supporting board development.
